ATLANTA – Each year hospital operating rooms face increasingly difficult challenges as patient safety requirements from regulatory agencies grow more demanding.  Saint Vincent Health Center (SVHC) in Erie, PA uses a perioperative automation solution, Sunrise Surgery(TM), provided by Eclipsys Corp. and powered by Surgical Information Systems (SIS) to ensure compliance and consistently exceed state and national averages for quality measures.

The OR staff at SVHC face the same challenges that all hospitals share today when it comes to meeting the requirements of regulatory agencies.
